This is the third service trip in a row that was untimely, slow, and with complete lack of professionalism. Completely unacceptable! I would change service locations but unfortunately I have a service package with them. Part of my service that day was complimentary from previous poor service which I was told would be credited to my account and they almost charged me for it because they had changed systems. Staff was completely inept and disorganized. Was told that they lost my paperwork and at the moment didn’t know where my car was. I was told the manager was going to come out and talk to me and was expecting an apology for the service and did not receive one apology. When I tried to ask if my car was done I was met with rudeness and confusion.
